Most chimneys only need a partial rebuild from the roofline up, where weather hits hardest. Full rebuilds are for structural failure or a leaning stack. Either way you get photos and a written recommendation.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. Inspection, photos, and a written quote cost nothing. We only charge once you approve the work.
How long does a chimney rebuild take?
Most partial rebuilds are finished in a few days. Full rebuilds take longer, depending on height and weather. You get a timeline with your written estimate.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every rebuild and major repair carries a written workmanship warranty. The term depends on the job and is stated on your estimate before you approve it.
Will the new brick match my existing house?
We hand source brick and tint mortar to match. On historic homes we often salvage the original brick.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We provide the photos and reports your adjuster needs.
How often should my chimney be cleaned?
The NFPA recommends a yearly inspection. Regular fireplace users need a sweep every year or two.
